How do I book a haircut appointment?

In order to book, we’ll need you to review and sign the waiver detailing our new policies and procedures, then email the salon at: info@trimdc.com with your request.

I’ve never been to Trim or it’s been over a year since I’ve been and I’d like to do some color, how do I schedule an appointment?

After you’ve signed our waiver, email: info@trimdc.com, with your request and please include a current photo of your hair with a brief description of what you’re looking to do (photos also helpful!) along with a history of the last 2-3 years of color in your hair (please let us know if you’ve used Overtone, henna, box color, or any other color depositing products).

I’m vaccinated, do I still need to wear a mask?

Yay, science! And, yes, we are continuing to require masks inside the salon to protect staff and any clients who are immunocompromised.

Do you cut children’s hair?

Depends on their age. We currently do not allow children under 14 years of age to be unaccompanied in the salon, and we’re still limiting capacity.

I need products! Can I pick up at the salon?

Yes! We have all our usual Innersense, Davines, Reverie, Tiny Shop and brushes available for sale. Email your order and phone number to: info@trimdc.com to arrange for contactless purchase and pickup. You can also place orders for Reverie, Cult + King, and Afterworld Organics directly through the affiliate links on our website.

I’d like a blowdry with my haircut or color, can I schedule that?

Yes! We have reintroduced blowdrying, but if you haven’t been getting a blowdry with us we may need to add another 15 – 30 minutes to your appointment time. Ask your stylist for more details!

Can I book an outdoor haircut?

For practical and sanitary reasons we cannot offer haircuts outdoors.

Do you do bang trims and clean ups?

We sure do! Ask your stylist if you need to schedule 15 or 30 minutes for your service.
