A credit card is required to reserve an appointment.
We understand that occasionally extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your best laid plans. Please allow at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment 72 hours for services 2 hours or longer. If less than 24 hours (or 72 hours if applies) notice is given 50% of your service will be charged. No call no show appointments will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled. Cancellation fees are always waived in case of illness.
Please arrive on time for your appointment to allow the full time needed for your service. If you are running late, please give us a call so we may adjust the appointment accordingly. If you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled time, we will do what we can to accommodate, but please be aware you may need to wait or reschedule.
There are no refunds on services. If you require any type of adjustment or correction to your hair service, please let us know promptly. Any correction must be done within 14 days of your initial appointment.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express for payment.
Gratuities may not be added to credit card sales.
