Salon Policies

A credit card is required to reserve an appointment.

We understand that occasionally extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your best laid plans. Please allow at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given 50% of your service will be charged, if an appointment is missed, the full amount of the appointment will be charged.

Please arrive on time for your appointment to allow the full time needed for your service. If you are running late, please give us a call so we may adjust the appointment accordingly. If you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled time, we will do what we can to accommodate, but please be aware you may need to wait or reschedule.

There are no refunds on services. If you require any type of adjustment or correction to your hair service, please let us know promptly. Any correction must be done within 14 days of your initial appointment.

We accept cash and all major credit cards. Gratuities may not be added to credit card sales.
